This way there are baggage’s that you get to put aside. If you need to have the process working and being not the right way, have the person you can trust. Being alone will be hectic. The friend you entrust should be able to listen.

Be the priority. You don’t have to give other the first option and forget that you exist too. Take off time to thinks about you often. You can get yourself together faster this way. At times you can choose to walk home and get some me time or when you are doing other activities alone.

Mourning the loss is acceptable. This is the first stage to heal. Don’t however mourn the loss forever. Even when you miss them you stiff have to get moving. A divorce can be likened to a loss of life.
